Eugene M. Principato
PRESIDENT
Gene Principato has been managing sales, products and profits in the health care, financial services, manufacturing, and information services industries for more than 20 years. He has managed Marketing Groups at several multi-million dollar businesses, including GE, TRW, Maryland National Bank, and Riggs National Bank. He has also undertaken marketing and sales consulting assignments for many companies in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern US.
Gene's strength is finding creative and cost-effective ways to increase sales and profits. He combines unique analytical, financial, and inter-personal skills with a professional, yet practical, approach to marketing and sales.

In the health care field, Gene's background includes extensive work in marketing and contract negotiations with Managed Care insurance plans. He has been a guest lecturer for the New Jersey Hospital Association, the Home Health Assembly of New Jersey, and the Assisted Living Federation of America. He has also served as an Expert Witness, and provided trial litigation support, in a high profile retirement community trial in New York.
In the international arena, Gene has been involved in a variety of foreign trade and investment projects, and developed international market entry strategies for multinational firms as well as regional companies seeking to expand overseas. He has special expertise in China and the Far East.
Gene holds an M.B.A. in International Business, M.S. in International Relations/ Economics, and B.A. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania,
Georgetown University (School of Foreign Service), and The George Washington University. He earned an E-Commerce Management Executive Certificate from Drexel
University. He has also taught M.B.A.-level Marketing courses
at The Johns Hopkins University.

Thomas J. Quigley
ASSOCIATE
Tom Quigley has over 20 years experience in the advertising and public relations fields. He has held management and related positions with Elkman Advertising and Gray & Rogers. He currently owns and manages an advertising and public relations agency in the Philadelphia area.
His clients include hospitals and health care organizations (Cooper Hospital, Deborah Hospital Foundation), major broadcast organizations (KYW-TV), commercial real estate firms, and other notable businesses in the Delaware Valley.
Tom specializes in working for small and mid-sized businesses and non-profit organizations with limited budgets. He brings a unique perspective to these projects by integrating advertising and public relations programs to create cost-effective campaigns.
He is a recipient of many professional honors, including the national "Pepper Pot Award" for public relations creativity. Tom has earned M.A. and B.A. degrees from Villanova University.

Richard M. Stein
ASSOCIATE
Rich Stein has 20 years experience in market research, competitive intelligence, economic analysis, financial management and business planning. He has been a Vice President at Ben Franklin Technology Partners, a private venture capital group for high technology companies in Pennsylvania, and the former Corestates Bank, the 11th largest U.S. bank. He has also worked for The WEFA Group, a well-respected economic research and forecasting firm.
Rich's strength is his ability to prepare customized market research analysis, based on his access to a variety of public and proprietary databases of economic and market information. He also is experienced in data mining economic, industry and customer databases. He has helped small and large companies target profitable, new markets and develop more effective strategic marketing plans.
Rich is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and the London School of Economics. He has been on the boards of the Wharton Alumni Club of Philadelphia and the American Friends of the London School of Economics (Philadelphia Chapter), and is active with numerous business associations in the Philadelphia area including the Greater Philadelphia Regional Review (Research Advisory Council), Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority and the National Association for Business Economics.
